Une livraison rapide, un café délicieux, Livraison rapide, très satisfait de café du jour. Ce café est un bon café de base, pas très prononcé. C'est mieux avec une mouture assez grossière.

After trying at least 20 different beans, I pick Yirgacheffe as my favorite coffee bean. I roast it myself and found this bean is the most forgiving bean. I try before second crack and after second crack using different timing. Although roasting profile indeed have variation on cupping. However, I like the taste of all of them. Other bean such as Sumatra have acidity that I don't like if under roast a bit. A suggestion to the packaging based on my recent experience of purchasing them from FRC. I bought two ten pound bags and got the shipment very fast. However, as I tried to cut open the packaging, the 5 pound bag got cut open due to the fact that there's no protection underneath. I suggest that a layer of card board underneath the sealing tape to protect the bean packaging.

Rich and sweet with very abundant syrupy crema. Never sour or bitter. Rewards careful preparation but doesn't punish mistakes. Highly recommended.

Ce café éthiopien se distingue par son acidité vive et élégante, parfaitement équilibrée par un corps léger à moyen, qui en fait une tasse douce et soyeus. une véritable expérience sensorielle, unique et raffinée. j'étais suite dés la première gorgée, ses notes florales délicates, souvent de jasmin, qui se mêlent harmonieusement à des touches fruitées de citron et de pêche. j'ai acheté un gros sac pour le bureau..un régale
