My refurbished iPhone was supposed to arrive a few days after I placed my order. I used the Inasbay chat facility to get in touch with customer service after a week, and a half went by with no updates to see if anything was wrong. The colour I had purchased was out of stock, which was the only issue. I would have reassured them that another colour was acceptable if they had contacted me as soon as they knew there was a problem. The alternate-colour phone immediately arrived when they got in touch with me and was in "like new" condition, as promised.
