Order placed on August 4 received a message indicating it was on its way. False; when I finally phoned FedEx to find out why there wasn't any tracking information accessible, they informed me that the seller had never requested to pick up the package and that they had made a tracking slip but never filed it. When I questioned why FedEx hadn't shown out to pick it up after a month, Best Buy said the problem was with them. They assured me it was true when I informed them that it was difficult to believe. FedEx claims otherwise. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received it, so I don't anticipate hearing from the vendor till next week.
