Even though it is 2021, I decided to purchase an Apple Watch 3 to test it out. I am now in love with my Apple Watch. It has been helpful to measure my workouts and calorie intake carefully. Cons: Similar to my Fitbit, a few items are lacking from the Apple Watch. For example, only the active calories are shown on the watch; the total calories are shown in the app on the iPhone.
Additionally, there is no built-in pedometer; instead, you must download an app to view it on your watch. Even in 2021, that is a wise investment. Just be conscious of the basic functions we would miss if you had a Fitbit.
