Good overall experience. The phone appeared unlocked and was in "excellent" shape (apart from some scratches). My only criticism was that the items arrived approximately a week later than expected because I didn't learn about shipping until a few days after purchase.

My refurbished iPhone was supposed to arrive a few days after I placed my order. I used the Inasbay chat facility to get in touch with customer service after a week, and a half went by with no updates to see if anything was wrong. The colour I had purchased was out of stock, which was the only issue. I would have reassured them that another colour was acceptable if they had contacted me as soon as they knew there was a problem. The alternate-colour phone immediately arrived when they got in touch with me and was in "like new" condition, as promised.

The phone I bought worked perfectly once I manually set it up with my provider, installed my SIM card, and it was like new with no scratches or other damage. With this buy, I'm quite pleased. Better than anticipated. I would repurchase.
