Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rate a seller before receiving my order? +
No. The rating form only becomes available once your order status is marked as Delivered.
What if the delivery was late due to the carrier? +
Rate Shipping Speed based on how quickly the seller dispatched the item. If it was handed off within their handling time, the delay was not the seller's fault.
Does a seller see my identity on the review? +
Sellers can see the username associated with each review, but they do not have access to your private email, address, or payment details.
What if I accidentally gave the wrong number of stars? +
You can edit your review once within 7 days of submission via your Account settings. After 7 days, the review is locked.
How many reviews are needed for a public score? +
A seller needs at least 5 verified ratings before a public score appears. New sellers will display "New seller — no ratings yet" until this threshold is reached.

Tips for Writing Helpful Reviews

Be specific and factual Explain exactly why an experience was good or bad, such as "item well-protected" or "description accurate."
Rate dimensions independently A seller may have great shipping but poor communication. Rate each criteria on its own merits.
No personal information Never include addresses, phone numbers, or real names; such content will be removed to protect privacy.
Ignore third-party factors Do not penalize a seller for postal delays, customs holds, or weather conditions out of their control.
