    1. Return Window: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Specific return windows and conditions may vary by seller. Please check the seller's return policy on the product page.
    2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
    3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
    4. Contact Seller: Before returning any items, please contact the seller through our marketplace messaging system to initiate the return process. Do not send items back without prior authorization from the seller.

2. Refund process

    • Authorization: Once the seller authorizes your return, they will provide you with return instructions.
    • Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, the seller will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
    • Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a specified timeframe, as determined by the seller.

3. Coffees & Teas

Coffee and tea are dry products, but they are still fresh and perishable, and need to be stored well. Freshly ground coffee tastes much better than coffee that has been ground for a long time. When coffee is exposed to air, it begins to lose the volatile compounds responsible for its aroma.

a.   Whole Bean Coffee Returns

  • 30 Days: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unopened bags of whole bean coffee.
  • Refund Process: You will receive a refund (minus any additional charges) to the card on file for unopened bags of whole bean coffee.
  • Contact Us First: Please do not return any items or coffee before contacting us. We need to authorize your return and provide further instructions.

b. Ground Coffee

  • No Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for ground coffee. However, we want you to be satisfied with our coffee and service, so please reach out, and let’s chat.

c.  Tea

  • Unopened Packages: You can return unopened packages of tea within 30 days of purchase for a refund (minus any additional charges) to the card on file.
  • Opened Packages: Unfortunately, returns or refunds for opened packages of tea are not accepted. However, please contact the seller if you have any issues, as they may offer solutions to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Health & Beauty Products

  • Unopened Products: You can return unopened health & beauty organic products within 30 days of purchase for a refund (minus any additional charges) to the card on file.
  • Opened Products: Unfortunately, returns or refunds for opened health & beauty organic products are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, please contact the seller if you have any issues, as they may offer solutions to ensure your satisfaction.

5. Packaging Requirements

  • Whole Bean Coffee: All whole bean coffee, whether opened or unopened, must be returned with their original packaging materials.
  • Non-Coffee Items and Equipment: All non-coffee items and equipment must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all materials, accompanying literature, instructions, and any other items included with the shipment before a credit or refund can be processed.

6. Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Some sellers may offer prepaid return labels, so please check with the seller.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
