Links Policy

In general, merchants can include links in their listings on Inasbay that are purely designed to provide extra information about the items. This means that links should only be utilized when the information can't be found in the listing itself. Additional photos, technical specs, manufacturer warranties, and other information are available through these links to assist purchasers in making informed purchasing selections. Other links to third-party providers' websites, such as image hosting sites, payment processors, or courier firms, are also permitted. Links to non-Inasbay sites and content with other things for sale are not allowed on Inasbay. Inasbay analyses all links on the site regularly and maintains the right to block any connection deemed hazardous for our members. As a merchant, please ensure that your listing adheres to Inasbay's link policy. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may face various other consequences, including the suspension of your account and/or the suspension of your selling powers, which may result in legal action against you depending on the severity of the infraction.

Rules about Intellectual Property

Inasbay is dedicated to safeguarding third-party intellectual property rights and offering a secure trading environment. At Inasbay.com, unauthorized use or infringement of copyrighted information and trademarks is strictly banned. Intellectual property infringement is not tolerated at Inasbay. Inasbay.com does not allow counterfeits, unauthorized replicas, unlawful things (such as counterfeit watches, handbags, or other accessories), or unauthorized copies (such as copies of software programs, video games, or music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs). Among the types of unauthorized copies are those that have been pirated, reproduced, backed up, or bootlegged. It is against the law to sell unlicensed copies of media. If the product(s) you're selling has a firm's name or logo on them but weren't created or sponsored by that company, don't list it at Inasbay.com. Academic software is sold at a substantial discount to students, faculty, and educational institutions. Therefore, unless you are an educational reseller, an educational institution, a student, or a faculty member, do not post-academic copies of the programme on Inasbay.com. Furthermore, at Inasbay.com, beta software, test software, and evaluation software are not permitted. Beta, test, and evaluation copies of software are pre-release versions of software supplied solely for testing and troubleshooting by software developers. Unless you're selling it with computer hardware, don't advertise "OEM" or "bundled" versions of the program on Inasbay.com. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software, often known as bundled software, is software that comes with the purchase of a new computer. OEM software licences typically prevent the buyer from reselling the software without the computer or, in certain situations, without any computer hardware. For example, unauthorized recordings of concerts or live performances are known as bootleg recordings. Bootleg recordings are not allowed to be listed on Inasbay.com. Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

  • Product Listing cancellation
  • Limits on account privileges
  • Account suspension
  • Loss of Top-Rated Merchant status at Inasbay.com

Pricing Policy

Please keep in mind that in the marketplace, trust is the most crucial part of trade between buyers and sellers, and one of the most significant aspects of trust is fair pricing. Therefore, we ask that you price your things sensibly for a smooth transaction flow on Inasbay.com. Please be aware that we continually monitor prices for each merchant across various channels and will not allow you to price your things higher on Inasbay.com than on other media such as your retail shop, your website (if applicable), or any other 3rd party retail stores or websites. It would be best if you priced your things sold on Inasbay.com to be the same or even lower than the lowest rate you are selling elsewhere, but not more.

Customer Communication Policy

Inasbay.com sellers/merchants are not permitted to communicate directly with purchasers on pre-sale, order, payment, shipment, post-sale, or returns-related issues. At Inasbay.com, merchants are prohibited from engaging in direct or indirect marketing or communication with purchasers. Inasbay can help buyers and sellers communicate about specific products, warranties, shipping/delivery, and other issues. Sellers/merchants, on the other hand, should not communicate with purchasers. Violations of policy may result in a range of actions including:

  • Product Listing cancellation
  • Limits on account privileges
  • Account suspension
  • Loss of Top Rated Merchant status at Inasbay.com
